Letters of Recognition

A Letter of Recognition (LOR) is awarded after students complete a prescribed curriculum approved by the College.  Students must obtain a minimum grade point average of 2.0 in the required courses, and at least three semester hours of credit must be taken for a grade other than pass/fail.  No course substitutions are allowed.  
 
Students must complete an LOR application and submit it to the Welcome Center.   LORs are issued four times a year:  August, December, January, and May.  LOR recipients do not take part in commencement ceremonies, unless they have also completed a degree or certificate.
