FCC summer/fall classes will be delivered primarily online to maintain public safety. Face to face instruction and student interactions will only be conducted when it is necessary, required, and feasible to do so in a safe environment. Classes will be offered in online, structured remote, and hybrid learning formats. Comprehensive student resources remain available remotely to deliver College services to students. Beginning Monday, July 6, FCC will move to Stage 1 of the Frederick Community College Roadmap to Resilience and Recovery plan. As we continue to develop ways to safely and thoughtfully offer a few in-person instructional experiences, we tried to anticipate questions and provide answers about what to expect should you register for a class that meets on Main Campus or at the Monroe Center. Additional information is available here.
Students enrolling in non-credit courses at FCC leading to employment, licensure, or job skill enhancement are eligible to receive financial assistance through the Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship from the State of Maryland.
FCC support staff are available to assist and help you. Please contact departments using the following information. If you are struggling to figure out how to get the support you need, email assist@frederick.edu or call 301.846.2469.
