FCC Foundation Asking For Your Support on Giving Tuesday
11/04/2020
The Frederick Community College (FCC) Foundation is participating in Giving Tuesday on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, and is asking for your support to help FCC students. The Ausherman Family Foundation will provide matching contributions which means donors can double their impact.

Created in 2012, Giving Tuesday is an annual, global giving event when millions of people come together to support and champion nonprofit causes like the FCC Foundation.

All donations made on Giving Tuesday will support the FCC Student Success Fund, providing relief to students in danger of dropping out of classes due to unanticipated emergencies. These unanticipated emergencies can include the inability to pay for food, rent, transportation, auto repairs, or utilities.
  • $50 provides emergency food or gas assistance
  • $100 provides bus passes for a semester
  • $200 provides medical or utility assistance
  • $500 provides car repair assistance
  • $1,000 provides housing assistance
The Ausherman Family Foundation will match every gift designated to the FCC Student Success Fund, dollar for dollar, up to $10,000. We are grateful to the Ausherman Family Foundation for its continued support of FCC students.

This Giving Tuesday, give the gift of education and help the FCC Foundation with its mission of empowering students for a brighter future.
