5:30-6:30 p.m. - Registration and Reception.
*Please note that there will not be assigned times for group photos during the reception for each community college prior to the event as there have been in the past. Instead, we will have one large group photo at the end of the program and students, guests, and community college representatives will have the opportunity for individual photos.
6:30-7:00 p.m. - Dinner
7:00-7:45 p.m. - Student Recognition Program
7:45-8:00 p.m. - Photos
