Saikou Sushi partners with the FCC Dining Services Department providing a trained sushi chef who makes fresh sushi on-site Monday through Friday. Pick some up for lunch or take it home for dinner.

Stop by the grill for one of our many made-to-order sandwiches featuring char-grilled hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, french fries, and more.
Chef’s Alley – Available fall & summer
Check out our stir fry bar – Watch our staff make your Asian dish with your choice of lo mein noodles or rice, your choice of vegetables, fruits and meats, and your choice of sweet & sour sauce, general tso sauce, or teriyaki sauce. We even provide you with chopsticks.

Stop by for a quick drink or complete your meal with a fountain drink or bottled beverage. We carry juice, teas, coffee, cappuccino, and a full selection of beverages.

A Taste for All Seasons Catering services special events for internal and external groups using FCC facilities. A Taste for All Seasons Catering offers everything from coffee service to boxed lunches to fully catered buffets for groups of 10 – 1000. You can view our catering brochure by clicking on the link below. Guidelines and pricing are included in the brochure. Please use the catering reservation form below to complete the information regarding your event. Many of these menus can also be converted for larger groups with full catering services with setup, service, and cleanup. Many of our catering menus can also be provided this way.

Vending Services at FCC are managed by the FCC Dining Services Department and service is provided by outside companies.
Vending machines are conveniently located in the Conference Center, Visual & Performing Arts Center, Athletics Center, Linganore Hall, B/C Knuckle, Student Center, and at the Monroe Center.
If you encounter problems with a machine please notify the dining services management office at 301.624.2738, 301.846.2466 or by email, so a repair call may be placed.
Refunds are cheerfully provided at the Cougar Grille during normal operating hours.
