Appointment Scheduling

One-on-One Advising

 

Schedule a one-on-one with an advisor.  Meetings take place in-person on campus or your can schedule a Virtual Advising appointment to meet via video conference.

Students must arrive for their appointments by the confirmed appointment time.  Students are encouraged to reschedule if arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Walk-In Advising

 

Walk-in advising is available for quick questions and does not require an appointment. General questions can be answered quickly, while situations that require appointments will be identified and quickly scheduled. 
 
Walk-in advising is limited to 10 minutes.

Visit the Counseling & Advising office in Jefferson Hall (J-200) during normal business hours for Walk-In Advising.

T: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
W: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
TH: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. *open until 6:00 p.m. July, Aug., Jan.
F: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Email Advising

 

Email advising is checked daily (Monday - Friday), and the Counseling & Advising staff will respond as quickly as possible. Typical response time is 24-48 hours. During peak registration periods in January and August, there may be a delay in response time. 
 
Email advising is intended for one or two short questions. Complex questions may require scheduling an advising appointment.
