This is a Continuing Education & Workforce Development program. While CEWD courses do not provide academic credits, participants experience affordable, flexible, and rewarding programs, with select courses offering industry recognized training for licensure and career certification at the state and national level. This program prepares individuals to take certification exams for industry credentials that are eligible for academic credit conversion.

Frederick County Public School students may receive free tuition through Dual Enrollment at FCC for all courses.  Fee and book scholarships may be available for select programs. Students should speak with their high school counselor first if they plan to enroll in an FCC workforce development course or program.
