David S. Baldwin is the President and Chief Synthesist of Aquarian Technology Systems, Ltd. located in New Market, Maryland and the Founder of ImaginariumXR, a place dedicated to serving as the catalyst and change agent to convene individuals, organizations, and the community and will serve as a living laboratory for systems change and regenerative design.
Mel Litter is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Frederick Innovation Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI), as well as a serial entrepreneur and independent consultant in economic development and community environmental solutions, through Elemental Impact Solutions and Mindful Living Consultants.
Paul D. Miller, Ed.D. is an educator and instructional technology innovator, serving as the Director of Professional Development at Montgomery College and has been recently engaged in preparing organizations to adapt to the world of Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT.
Kelly Schulz is a mother, wife, successful small business owner, and former Secretary of Labor and Secretary of Commerce. Prior to public service, she was a program manager for a defense contractor and a small business partner in a cybersecurity firm.

In an increasingly digital world, where technology permeates our lives, achieving digital equity is paramount to prevent the exacerbation of existing societal disparities. Be enlightened on how to bridge the digital divide. Learn how to help promote digital inclusion, policy advocacy, and online content access. We are depending on each other.
Dr. Rhianna C. Rogers is director of the Center to Advance Racial Equity Policy and a senior policy researcher at the RAND Corporation. Before RAND, she held administrative and teaching appointments in higher education and tribal government. She has become recognized as an international expert on equity-centered, community-based participatory action research by the United Nations – Geneva Forum.
