Frederick Community College makes getting a college education affordable. Our Financial Services offices are here to help you navigate paying for school.

Financial Aid can help you complete your FAFSA, and apply for local, state, and federal aid opportunities including scholarships, grants, loans, and work study.

Student Accounts can help you with payment of tuition, payment plans, refunds, past due accounts/collections, billing of tuition and fees and 1098-T reporting.

Academic Payment Due Dates:


 

Fall CLASSES START August 23, 2025
If you register for classes between: Payment due by:
April 11 – August 7 August 7, 6:00 p.m.
August 8 – August 21 August 21, 6:00 p.m.
After August 21 Day prior to session start date.
 


Students will be notified of any dropped classes for non-payment via an email to their “myfcc” email account, where students will receive an updated PDF copy of their revised class schedule.

Financial Aid will be closed December 1-5 for our Annual Financial Aid In-Service Training.

The Financial Aid Office operates on a walk-in basis, but students may schedule virtual appointments if they would prefer to meet virtually as opposed to coming to campus.
