This vaccination statement is provided in accordance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) HEA Sec. 485(a)(1)(V) 34 CFR 668.43(a)(18)FSA Handbook Volume 2, Chapter 6.
 
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), vaccinations help prevent the spread of germs and illnesses such as Meningococcal Disease, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chickenpox), Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis.
 
FCC does not require students to have vaccinations or present immunization records to visit or enroll in on-campus classes. There are some health-related academic programs in which vaccinations are required by our clinical partners. Those students required to be vaccinated will be advised and directed by their Program Director.
