Career and Academic Planning Services (CAPS)

Career and Academic Planning Services (CAPS) provides career advising for FCC students and alumni as well as academic and personal advising for students not using the services of another academic advising or support office. Students meet with a career advisor to explore majors and careers, develop resumes and job search strategies, and network with employers and alumni. Students meet with the assigned advisor for their major to review academic requirements, degree plans, and select courses; connect to college resources and services; identify, foresee, and resolves challenges; and assist transfer planning. When scheduling an appointment, select the advisor for your major.

CAPS now provides advising for students previously served by the Adult Services and Multicultural Student Services offices.
