Mr. Aguh is a nationally recognized leader in innovation, economic opportunity, and the future of work. He currently serves as the inaugural Head of Innovation and Strategy at the Kapor Center, where he advances technology-driven solutions that expand access to opportunity across workforce development, education, and economic mobility. Previously appointed by President Biden, he served as Chief Innovation Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor, where he led a $2 billion modernization of the unemployment insurance system and developed the Department’s first enterprise data strategy. His cross-sector career includes leadership roles in education, nonprofit, consulting, and corporate strategy, including work with EAB, the McChrystal Group, and Accenture. Mr. Aguh is a Fulbright Scholar, earning degrees from Tufts University, Harvard University, and the Wharton School of Business.
