Wes Moore Frederick Reads Event
Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


FCC will host highly acclaimed, bestselling author Wes Moore for a virtual Frederick Reads event open to all on Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Moore is the author of the New York Times Bestseller, "The Other Wes Moore," which chronicles the lives of two kids named Wes Moore who both grew up fatherless in similar Baltimore neighborhoods. The author’s journey took him from wayward inner city youth to decorated combat veteran, Rhodes Scholar, White House fellow, social entrepreneur, and business leader while the other Wes Moore ended up convicted of murder and serving a life sentence.
