Students who earn degrees in biology go on to work in many different fields including health care professions, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, wildlife biology, environmental biology, ecology, research and teaching.
Students planning to concentrate in a STEM area should consult with an advisor or ARTSYS as early as possible to ensure that all or most of their course credits will transfer to the four-year college or university of their choice.
*Students who have not taken MATH 165 - Precalculus should take it as an elective in the first semester before starting the Calculus sequence.
