Frederick Community College (FCC) has been selected to receive $150,000 in funding through the Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) Maryland grant program, administered by the Maryland Department of Labor. This highly competitive award will support workforce training for Frederick County residents – particularly those from the ENOUGH community – preparing them for in-demand, mid-level careers in manufacturing and logistics.

Frederick Community College (FCC), in partnership with the six Rotary Clubs of Frederick County and the Maryland chapter of Braver Angels, will host a community Peace Forum titled “Courageous Conversations: Speak Your Peace” on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Cougar Café of the FCC Student Center.
