Welcome to Procurement at Frederick Community College!

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Frederick Community College (FCC). We value our vendor partnerships and are committed to fostering transparent, ethical, and inclusive procurement practices.

The Procurement team supports the educational mission of the College by helping departments acquire quality goods and services at the right price, at the right time, and from the right source. We ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and College policies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

Frederick Community College complies with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), which governs public procurement in the state of Maryland. For grant-funded purchases, FCC follows the federal procurement standards outlined in the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). These standards require documented procedures, fair and open competition, conflict of interest policies, and appropriate procurement methods based on purchase thresholds.

FCC is committed to equitable procurement. We encourage inclusive hiring and subcontracting, and welcome participation from businesses led by women, individuals with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups.
