Knowing basic human needs must be met for you to be fully prepared and academically successful, we offer free food resources and wellness services to our students at FCC. Visit us online for hours of operation and more.

CougarMart • Student Center (H106B)
A grocery-style shopping experience offering items free of charge. Students are welcome to shop once per month with a valid FCC ID.

CougarPods • Student Center (Next to H100) 
Access food lockers containing convenient, ready-to-go items by completing an online form or scanning the locker QR code to register with your FCC ID.

Grab & Go Hubs • Main Campus (H101) & Monroe Center (Welcome Desk)
Simply scan the QR code on the door of the hub to record the day and time of your visit and receive up to two free snacks per day.

Counseling & Wellness Services • Student Center (H103)
Offering free wellness services, confidential support, and solution-focused counseling, we are here to help you meet your academic and career goals.

Zen Den • Student Center (H103C)
A quiet space on campus, the Zen Den is where you can take a break, relax, and recharge during your busy days at FCC.
