Rent our Facilities
Frederick Community College maintains a variety of facilities, including classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, athletic facilities, and more. These facilities are available for rent to the community when such use does not conflict with College operations.
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance by completing the Use of Facilities Request Form. Requests involving major or complex events should be submitted at least two months in advance. Completion/submission of a form does not guarantee permission to use College facilities and does not guarantee the requested space. Requests are not final until approved and signed by the FCC Space Scheduling Analyst or his or her designee.

Block Time Rates: Rates include 1 theater technician (unless specified above) depending on the scale of the event for a five-hour block. If the event requires more than one technician, an additional flat fee of $317.00 per additional technician will be added. There is NO box office for this theater space. Tickets may be sold in the hallway the evening of the event or sold off site.
NOTE: Please be advised that during the week, in the evenings, there may be events, rehearsals, or classes in other rooms within the Performing Arts Building (orchestras, bands, ensembles, etc.) that may be audible within the walls of the Studio Theater (F142). Also please be advised that the Tech Booth (F144) and Dressing Room (F141) are also classrooms, so detailed and careful scheduling of these spaces is necessary.
