Access Navigate360 Student

Download Navigate360 Student from your mobile phone’s app store or access Navigate360 Online from a web browser. Use your FCC student ID email (example: [email protected]) and password to login.

Note: Navigate360 is only available to enrolled credit students at FCC. The app is not available to Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) students at this time.

Navigate360 is a free mobile app designed to help you thrive at Frederick Community College (FCC). This mobile advisor will remind you of important dates and to-dos, prompt you to register for classes and pay your tuition, connect you to campus resources, and allow you to easily schedule appointments with advisors and support staff.

How to Schedule Your Appointment

  1. Log In: Open the Navigate360 app and sign in using your FCC student ID and password.
  2. Start Your Booking: Tap "Appointments" and select "Schedule an Appointment" at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Enter Details: Choose your appointment type.
Pro Tip: For the best guidance, schedule with your assigned academic advisor. If you aren’t sure who that is, you can find them listed by major on the CAPS Appointments page.

  1. Choose Your Format: On the confirmation screen, select how you’d like to meet: In-Person, Virtual, or Phone.
  2. Confirm: Review your details and click "Schedule."

Important Reminders

  • Check for Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once you reach the 'Appointment Scheduled' confirmation screen. If you do not see this page, your request has not been processed. 
  • Stay Updated: Watch your student email for a confirmation message with specific instructions. You can also track updates and messages directly within the app.

Getting Started

How to Download?
Download the “Navigate360 Student” in the App Store or Google Play.

Desktop Version?
Visit frederick.navigate.eab.com and select Log In.

Credentials:
Use your standard FCC username and password.

Is there a cost?
Navigate360 is 100% free for FCC students. We’ve partnered with EAB to provide a customized experience specifically for your journey here at Frederick Community College.


Troubleshooting & FAQs

Login Issues
Password Problems: If your credentials aren't accepted on the FCC sign-on page, try resetting your password through the college portal. System Errors: If you log in successfully but see an "Uh-oh" or "Something went wrong" message, your account may not be synced yet. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

My To-Dos don't look right
Ensure you have the correct semester selected. Go to the More tab, click your name, and select “Update year and term.” If the info is still incorrect, some content may not be available for your specific track yet. For questions, email [email protected].

The App is Frozen
Try a "hard close" and relaunch:

Apple iOS: Swipe up from the bottom (or double-click the Home button) and flick the Navigate360 preview away.

Android: Open your App Manager/Recent Apps view and slide the app away to close it.

Hold Cleared, but Still There
Navigate360 updates hold information every 24 hours. Check back tomorrow morning! If it’s still showing up after 24 hours, reach out to [email protected].

Navigate360 is a FERPA-compliant platform for communication and outreach to students,  including appointment scheduling and documentation. It offers several ways to contact students, including text messaging, and allows for a comprehensive approach to offering resources, information, and support to students.
