Advance Your Career

Real estate knowledge applies directly to roles as a licensed salesperson, property manager, leasing agent, or real estate assistant. Many agents build their own client base and work within established brokerages, while others specialize in commercial real estate, relocation services, or property investment. Real estate is a career you can build on your own terms, with flexibility in schedule, specialization, and income potential. Completing the FCC program and passing the Maryland licensing exam puts you in a strong position to enter this field and grow over time.
