Student Photo ID


Frederick Community College provides Student Photo IDs and Parking Passes at all Welcome & Information Center locations:

  • Jefferson Hall Welcome and Information Center
  • Student Center Welcome and Information Center
  • Monroe Center Welcome Desk (No parking pass required if you are taking classes strictly at the Monroe Center) 

Hours of Operation

A bright, brick student center building features large windows and a concrete staircase leading to an outdoor patio with metal railings. Lush green trees and a grassy lawn surround the modern structure under a clear blue sky.

Parking Pass

All enrolled students may get a parking sticker, at no cost, from the Jefferson Hall Welcome Center, and the Student Center.

Students may park in any space not designated as staff parking or otherwise restricted (e.g., handicapped or reserved spaces).Vehicles parked in unauthorized locations may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense if deemed to be illegally parked, disrupting traffic flow, or creating a safety hazard, in accordance with applicable local laws and towing procedures.

Towing authorization and enforcement actions are conducted in coordination with local law enforcement and authorized towing services.
