From the clinical rigors of Nursing and Surgical Technology to specialized studies in Exercise Science and Public Health, we provide the essential healthcare skills and compassionate expertise that the medical field demands.

Human Performance Lab

Housed in the newly renovated Linganore Hall, the Human Performance Lab is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advanced physiological assessment within the Health and Exercise Sciences program. Students utilize medical-grade technology—including metabolic carts and air displacement plethysmography—to evaluate aerobic capacity, body composition, and metabolic rates to optimize health and human performance.

Strength and Conditioning Lab

Located in the Athletics Building, the Strength and Conditioning Lab serves as the premier academic hub for the Health and Exercise Sciences Program. This facility provides students with hands-on experience in program design and elite training techniques using industry-standard equipment, including power racks, Olympic weights, and selectorized pulley systems.
